Finally I managed to get the dust seal and am now working to replace the oil seals and the dust seals for my bike, I am strandard though at the removal of the Air valve brackets, how do I go about it? Do I just hammer it or?.....will it get damaged? Can't take risks I better get to do it right as to get parts where I live is a night mare :p
    Thks.

Well on my bike the air valve bracket just lifted off ater the top triple tree was removed. It is sealed with an o-ring and may be stuck on the fork tube, gentle even tapping may break it loose.
Once the bracket is removed you should see a small diameter spring clip in the fork tube, it's used to prevent the air valve bracket from dropping too low on the fork tube.

Here's a picture from a parts blow up of the front fork, hope this helps.

In my case I haven't removed the top triple tree, I guess the fork assembly can be removed from the bike on a downward force but the air valve bracket stops this at the bottom triple tree. I'll try to gently and evenly tap the air valve bracket to get it free....long way yet to go for the seals job...lol ..thks Nick.

Yes, I'm sure you could remove the wheel, fender, brakes, and drop the forks a bit and then remove the air valve bracket. Don't forget to remove that spring clip that sits just below the bracket. I'm sure you will see it once you get to that point.

    Good luck on your repair!
