I have a Seca 750 parts bike that i want to remove the hand grips because they are EOM. Can I remove them without damage? I want to install these on another bike.

I've had good luck using rubbing alcohol. Sounds weird but if you can get some rubbing alcohol under the edge of the grip and work it around, it should start sliding a bit more and maybe you can get some more in there and work it loose further back.
I've also used it to get new grips on. It will let them slide on more easily, then evaporates.

Rubbing alcohol, and shop air to blow the grips off.

It's funny, but that's probably the 2nd tip I've posted that I think came from you 3 years ago when I was getting into my bike!

You only need to remove the left as the throttle side can be transferred over with the plastic part.

Also, the throttle side is mainly held in place by plastic "fingers" on the outboard end of the throttle tube. Getting that one off undamaged can be a bit frustrating.
