How to view pictures on here

So hopefully I'm not the only one but lately for some reason I can't see most of the pictures in the threads. There's just a little blue box with a question mark. Anyone else experiencing this?

 

Can you be more specific? Which threads, how old are they? If they are older threads and the pics rely on a 'service' and the user has let that account go inactive then the page that feeds the pic will be gone so the pic goes away too. It's a problem all over the web with picture services or cloud based data, kinda sucks and everything is going to it so you can expect to see many more 'holes' in all sorts of web based information.

Sad but like everything else these days it all has an expiration date that is premature. No one home to mind the store...well then the store is just gone away. Our kids and grand-kids will be talking about castles built on clouds instead of sand...

 

The blue check mark pics are usually the photobucket pics that have been removed from the users account.

No Fitz all I see are the blue boxes. But that's the weird thing. I'm pretty sure I have read that thread before and successfully seen the pictures. I am usually on a tablet so maybe something is messing up with that on my end.

It may be something going on with your browser, I can see the pictures on the thread fitz posted.

My guess is either the browser or the OS is messing things up. you should try to download a different browser and give it a try.

 

Usually a Red X box is an IE incompatibility issue (the image is not in CMYK, something like that). Blue Question Marks are usually on Macs not being able to load a image due to size or other such wonkiness. My first suggestion is to make sure your browser is up-to-date.
