HS32 Carb diaphragm replacement

    So when I started digging into this Carb rack I am rebuilding the #1 and #2 diaphragms had been damaged. Looks like someone placed the tophats on without checking the diaphragm position in the upper groove. I found what I believe is the correct replacement from JBM Industries. I did the measurements they requested and found a part number that should work p/n: H-68. My question is #3 and #4 Carb diaphragms are OK. If I put these new diaphragms in could there be some type of balancing issues? Do I need to replace them all? Does anyone have first hand experience with this product on a Hitachi HS32 Carb? I hate to chop up the two good diaphragms if I don't have too.

    I would think, though I am no expert, but what you seek grasshopper is balance. With that said, I personally would replace them on all 4 carbs so you remove any possibility of anything unbalanced between the carbs that may affect performance. Just my opinion.

    I have the hitachi 33 carbs and I did all four. At the price they are asking I would recommend all of them so you know they are all good.
