    The Čezeta was a motor scooter manufactured from 1957 to 1964 by CZ/Jawa,
    A friend just picked one up (he has to drive to New Brunswick from Ontario to get it). I'm sooo Envious!

    Thanks K-Moe. I get you, if they think they are "precious" the price is outrageous.

    Parts are surprisingly easy to get, so a cheap beater is where I'd want to start.

    Funny stuff. When I lived in Golden CO about ten years ago, they had a fair sized group of scooter enthusiasts riding down the main drag one day, it had been raining so they were wearing impromptu rain gear, i.e. plastic tarps and garbage bags with holes cut in them for rain protection, looked funny, I saluted them as they rode by...
