i messed up guys now bike wont start

    i took off the headlights and the horn... i tied up all the wires so no metal was toughing any other metal. now when i put the keys in it, the display panel that normally lights up lets you know you are in neutral and shows the fuel levels rpms and speed doesn't light up at all. i disconnected the battery(fully charged) while removing all these parts. and reconnected it after i was done. any ideas guys? i am a fish out of water here right now(still waiting on a manual)

    Go back and check for loose connections. Not sure about 750 but on the 650 the ignition switch connection is in the headlight bucket.
