Does anyone know if 550 or 750 ignition coils with work on a 650?

Any coils will work that have the correct primary resistance of approx. 2.5-3 ohms so yes, they should work, but I wouldn't use weak original equipment coils except in an emergency if nothing better was available.

What's available? One of my factory coils was ripped apart (the boot and wire) in transport. We spatched them back together, and it seems to work fine, but I've kept an eye out for replacements for later on down the road.
