    Anybody ever replaced the lens for the indicator lights—oil, idle, etc? all my lights work but not very bright due to faded lens. Could they be polished like car lights?

    Try polishing lights with good penetrating oil or fogging oil even better, it will help rejuvinate the plastic.
    Do NOT use WD-40... It dries stuff out.

    If they are sun bleached clear, a careful light even coat of nail polish works... Dont ask why i have nail polish... ;)

    I paint left and right on my big toe nails so I don't get on my bike backwards.

    tooth paste not the jel type, may clean them up
