I am just in the middle of going through everything in the clock cluster it’s the one with the stupid Atari unit what I need to know is behind the speedo there is what looks like an inch long tube light is it a light or some sort of resister
If it is a bulb anyone know where I can locate one as I am not getting any continuity reading with meter connected to each end
    Any help appreciated

The Atari is cool and adds some nice safety checks :)

That is a reed switch that is used for the self cancelling unit and it is controlled by the same magnet that moves the speedo pointer. If you rotate the speedometer cable (or speedo magnet) it will close 4 times per full rotation of the cable. Each time it closes it grounds the W/G wire. The rate (frequency) is then converted to a DC signal within the cancelling unit and that determines when the flashers automatically stop
