I've been looking and looking, but I havent been able to find a good way to mount a single seat. I bought the solo seat mounting kit from TC Bros and none of the builds really say HOW they put on their seat, just that they did. If anyone could help, I'd be greatly appreciative.

The thing with this type of kit is that they leave it up to the installer to fab something up, and most everybody does it differently. Current pics of where you're at in the process would probably spur some suggestions too...

Mines probably not what anybody else would do, but it works for me. Seat is from a GSZR600. Sport bike seats are really simple to mount - a couple bolts in the front, a support in the middle, and some loops in the back to keep the rear down (not yet done on mine). And yeah, mine is lifted above the seat rails a bit. I'm long legged and am doing rear-sets. It's less than it looks though, because the padding is thinner.
