    the stock airbox? Aside from looking cooler? I know things have to be rejettted, but they seem like they would be more efficient. Opinions, please.....

    No advantage other than it's a lot easier to work on the carbs when I have to clean them several times a year.

    i disagree i've gained significant low end power after installing pods, 4-1 system and rejetting... maybe that's only the jetting that effected it but when your engine breaths better it runs better.

    My 750 Seca came with pods and a 4 into 1 exhaust. The PO or a mechanic jetted it the wrong way - - 118 ' s instead of 122 ' s. I'm getting 32 - 38 MPG and not alot of high RPM punch. I plan on returning it to stock airbox someday and 120 jets.
