Is this the needle seat? Come in repair kit?

    I let the carb setup soak in parts washer over night so I could clean the carb out and re-install.

    When I remove the screw to clean out all of the passages, I noticed this tiny o-ring. (see pic) I included all of the related parts in the picture.

    Thoughts? I am assuming this is important and that they need replaced.

    just replace the o ring. next time take it all apart. LOL.

    rubber always gets ruined.

    You may have done more harm than good with that. Unless you plan to completely break the rack and replace the throttle shaft seals, soaking is not a good idea.

    You may as well go ahead and pull the rack completely apart now.

    I believe you are right....

    Once reassembled, the throttle sticks open. I am assuming the shaft seal have swollen due to the solvent.

    Will these parts come in a kit? I am having a very difficult time finding parts for this carb setup. Any advice?
