little bottom end power

    Any ideas
    My 550 maxim is running great i just think i'm missing some lower end power.I hit about 6 grand on the tach and it's rocket before that not so much.If this is all i can get out of the bike then fine.But i hate the thought that it has more to offer and i'm missing out.
    Off the line i can just get the front wheel to lift up a bit.Not that thats my normal driving habit.Like i said bike runs great .mybe i've outgrown the 550 and thats all she has.Any coments or ieas would be appreciated.
