Thank you for the thoughts. At 7AM local time we are still good in central NC. Not as much ice accumulation as predicted and the power is still on. Stupid cold (for this region) at 19F but tolerable. No motorcycling to the weekly Sunday morning meet up though.
It looks like @hogfiddles is going to be well snowed in at his house in upstate NY. He will put his motorcycle gas in the snowmobiles and go play though.

It was only -10 two nights ago…… the xj’s are hibernating. The snoring is quite loud, so they’re comfortable.

If it's any consolation we managed to hit -31F here not once but twice in a row. I did make my way to the mailbox this afternoon and it was a balmy -3F. SECA is resting comfortably in the unheated garage waiting for some new spark plugs, oil & filter, final drive oil and for me to pull the carbs and go thru them however none of this is gonna happen until we're back on daylight savings... a something I wish was permanent. Tires are still less than a year old and if I get a few extra clams in hand I might switch over to a topside master, never crazy about the SECA cable brake master. Already have the splitter so it's a matter of the correct displacement master and stainless braid hose to feed it as I already have Chacal's stainless lines on there now.

We in Central North Carolina are just pleased that the power stayed on through out this little snow/ice event. My Most Awesome Wife had rolled out her fancy pre ice storm anxiety and pretty well used it up preparing for disaster. So far, so good. Stay safe all.
