look, cam cap mark

    i was wondering if the marks are on identical positions on the intake and exhaust camshaft caps?
    the t mark on the timing plate is aligned with the index mark

    yes they are in the same position. your repaired one is about a tooth off

    They don't line up dead on, I think one tooth would put it way off.
