Looking for shorty rear fender

    I'm trying to find a shorty fender blank for the rear tire. Looking for something hugs the tire, don't want to spend an arm an a leg on a full fender blank considering I wont be using more than a few inches for what I'm looking for.

    here's the style im after, any help or leads would be awesome. everything i'm finding says it fits between 15 and 18 inch tire. but im having trouble imagining how a 15 inch tire can share a fender with an 18 inch tire.. fender.jpg

    I think I found a fender that can work, I just need to get a measurement on the tire i want. If anyone has a AM-26 4.00-18 mounted, could someone pull an inflated tire measurement for the diameter? I'd appreciate it greatly. Thanks!
