Are there any special tools needed to rebuild the M/C on a 750xj & is there a special procedure for bleeding the air out of the M/C & calipers or is it the same as a car

i think you'll probably need some snap-ring pliers for the rebuild, bleeding is just like a car but easier, one person can reach both the bleeder and the brake. :)

If you have an old pair of Needle Nosed Pliers, ... you can spend a few minutes at the Grinder and fabricate a Tool specifically for servicing the Brake Master Cylinder Circlip (removal and installation.)

Grind down the Needles so they'll fir the end of the Master Cylinder.
(Snap-Ring Pliers sometimes need reduction to fit between the Plunger and Body of the Master.
But grinding down Snap Ring Pliers takes material away from the Set Screws that allow you to change pins.

A "One Man Bleeder Tool -or- Bleeder Nipples will make the job simple.

I use a Large syringe to pull fluid through the bleeders while the MC cover is off. And keep putting the fluid in MC before it gets too low or new fluid. No pumping no nothing. You won't believe how easy. You have to use clear tube but its so damn easy. Oh, if you do you absolutely Must teflon the bleeder threads and this probably means draining the system. But if your MC is off what the hell. You can dxrain it with the syringe too, drip free, in about 2 mins
