My left blinker isn't working, it's nit the bulb. When I turn it on the indicator light won't turn on either and I can hear a fast paced clicking just behind the horn. Right blinker and indicator work.

usually a fast click is that one on that side is getting power, and one is not... so instead of evenly spreading the power (slow clicks) you get a fast click to one bulb. double check bulb..... just because it doesnt "look" blown, doesnt mean its not. try swapping the left with right, see if your problem goes away. fuse should go to all blinkers so that shouldnt be it. sounds like you might have a wire disconnected somewhere. time to pry off the headlight! :). good luck
