    Hi. I am new to everything- this site and bikes.

    Yesterday I got an '86 xj700x, and I'm looking for info sources.

    I thought that rather than firing off a bunch of questions that have been answered before, I'd ask if anyone can help me find where on this site I can find posting specific to the 700x.

    Also, are there other good sources of info like other sites, publications, cd's, etc?

    +1 on HAP's site above -- Harald is the master for absolutely ANYTHING in regards to the X models. He's a great nice guy too! (I live close to him 8) )

    He's not on the forums here, but he is a regular member of the XJ email list. Feel free to drop him an email if you every have any questions - he's great like that.

    hey there tarezo, and welcome to this most helpful and friendly group of knowlageable people and resources concerning anything yu want to know regarding xj model motorcycles! ( did I just say all that in one breath!) I own a maxim X, and if I can help you with anything or you need; history or info on the bike, please let me know and I'll do my best to help. I know you'll love these bikes! Parts are scarce, but are there if you find the proper resources.Make sure you post us some pics of your ride as we all like to check out each others rides of course.
