Motobatt - 4 Terminals!

    Took the plunge and bought this fancy Motobatt battery and put it in the normal way, neg on the left and pos on the right.

    As always, had to pull that neg lead hard to make it reach and having the pos lead draping across the battery to the other side has always bugged me... but what?! This thing has terminals on the other side too! Turned it around and all my cabling woes are behind me now :)

    Good choice. A solid performer! My only complaint is the Allen key requirement out on the road and my habit of dropping the tiny Allen bolts :)

    Both my 750 Seca and 650 Turbo Seca have the battery (+) forward, near the tank. I never really understood why (and I've even grounded the battery on the corner of the tank while removing it) but I haven't tried it the other way around.

    Wouldn't be too hard now, as I have the same battery with the terminals reversed now (since the Turbo Seca mounts the battery on the left) 8)
