I'm still pretty new here, so if this is in the wrong area please let me know.

Anyway, I just had an awesome customer service experience with digikey.com folks. I ordered some parts (capacitors/resistors etc) for some repairs. One item showed up with a broken pin, and I ordered the wrong resistors for one section of a pcb (316K ohm vs 316 ohm).

So, one thing their fault and one thing mine. They are shipping out replacements/correct items ASAP, no charge parts or shipping and told me to just keep the resistors that are in error.
All told we're talking less than $5, but the principle is they took care of the problem with zero hassle. I'm happy to say that I'll be going back for more parts in the near future. I've been wanting a better soldering station, might just have to upgrade before I get too much deeper into the bike electrics!
