Need I deas for throttle control and left side delete

I have clubmans on my 81 xj 750 and I have followed the minimal wiring diagram = I used a toggle main power and a hidden pushbutton start. It will have a headlight toggle and planning on a blinker toggle but not opposed to something on the bar for that and the horn.

Main thing is I am fairly new to bikes and do not know where to start looking for what I would call handlebar control delete..

We need to keep in mind as well that the throttle control will need some kind of housing to keep the twisting handle from falling off of the bars.

I have used that system also on an xs I built, I bought mine off of ebay way cheaper than that.
