I'm having hard time finding Neutral. It seems to skip from first to second gear or vice versa. I need to play with it for a bit and finally I find it. When I rev up the RPMs a bit it will slide into Neutral easier. Hmmm, I’m thinking my clutch is slipping a bit as the gears grab as soon as I ease up on the lever. Any ideas?

Sounds like you don't have enough clutch engegement. I have the same problem, that is when I know I need to adjust the clutch. I would adjust the clutch a little tighter and see if this helps. I believe the book calls for 2mm of play in the handle.
    Hope this helps.

hmmm 2mm play is not very much. But I will try the adjustment first.

I just checked myself. The CD calls for 2-3mm of play in the clutch handle for the 700.
