So I've received my new Stebel "Nautilus Compact" horn. Has anyone been able to shoe-horn one of these in the area vacated by the original dual horns?

My bikini fairing doesn't allow for the extra thickness of the Stebel horn, I guess I could mount the horn below the fairing, above the fender but that messes up the look of the bike. I could attach it below the oil cooler but that area gets pretty hot, and it isn't esthetically pleasing either.

Any ideas? I just picked up a 76 GL 1000, perhaps my new horn will go on the older Honda and I'll stick with the anemic OEM 900 horn.

BTW, I tested the Stebel on the battery, this horn is seriously loud!

I tossed one of those acumen ones on after advice here. Smaller and way louder than the stock on my 400. No problem being heard now.
