Hello, I decided to make a new post about this. So after looking over the wiring diagram into the Haynes manual, I cannot find out how to do this.

I found a connector in the wreckage you'd call wiring. It has the "original" wire colors coming from it. Idk if that would be where I try to hook my headlight adapter to. I'd have to get blade connectors to slide into that connector.

I don't have a volt meter so I cannot check to see if there is power to to it. I plan on buying one tomorrow. I just wanna know if maybe I'm headed in the right direction. It's the only thing preventing me from riding this to work.

@XJ550H you are the man. Those are what I meant by blade connects. Potato vs Potato. I'll use them temporarily until I can get the actual connector.

Update: temporarily connected adapter with quick disconnects. Needed to replace the bulb as there was a fingerprint on the bottom of it. Obviously the PO didn't know you can't touch the bulb. IT WORKS NOW! Thanks a lot to the help. Now just a couple things left to do and she's ready to be my commuter.
