    So I only joined this forum to access search bar abilities for research and good informationwisdom, but after much inspiration from so many different members I decided to actualy use it.

    First bike is a midnight maxim xj650 that i bought from my brother for $200. It ran well and he did the basic maintaining and did some differet kind of mods.

    I have done so much to the bike already.

    Do I post a build thread here in the lounge or in the modifications forum?

    Looking forward to hearing from you guys and any fellow BC Canadians it would be great to get in touch.

    Welcome to the madness! Don't know that there is a 'correct' answer to your question, but I would say to use the 'Modifications' section if you'll be customizing your ride. The hangout would be fine for a restoration thread. But like I said....I don't think anyone would get their panties in a bunch either way, we're pretty laid back here :D

    Welcome Andrew! Modifications probably is the best place for projects. At least that is what I've seen.
