New to XJ

    so I was looking around on craigslist and I ran across a 92 Seca 2 XJ600. The guy wanted $1200. That is a steal from what I can tell.. The bike has just over 20k miles. New rear tire. Needs a new chain because its stretched a little. Bike is beautiful condition. I have raced dirtbikes since I was 8 and have owned several street bikes everything from a 82 cb650 that me and my dad rebuilt to a 99 zx10r. I dont know anything about the seca 2's but it looks like a fun bike. I know they arent the fastest bikes but thats not what im looking for. I just need a daily commuter. So does anyone know where I can find a new chain online for a reasonable price and are there any aftermarket windshields for these bikes? The windshield is the only big complaint that I have about the bike.. Any suggestions on anything is welcome.. Also I will have pics of the bike that I took today as soon as I can find out how to size them down and also I wont have the bike in my possesion til next sunday when I have all the money.

    Congrats and welcome. Parts see our supporting vendor section at top of the forums. Chacal has great proces and has about everything. Not sure about a larger shield.

    well im looking for a shield without the slit in it.. it seems kind of pointless to have the slit in the shiled because it just directs the air into your face.
