Looks like we've got a nice weekend coming up. I might try to get the Seca out for one last hurrah before I put it up for the season. Anyone else riding this weekend?

Both Aircraft pre-flighted, tied-down in Ready-Area on Flight Deck; All Systems BIG Go.

No Mission presently on Strike board. May scramble 750 Fighter if Sport Bike Bogies enter A-O.

Will launch 900 to counter major Harley threats!

    Mission Accomplished!
Banshee was scrambled at 10:00 hours with the sole purpose of clicking off 55 miles.....so I could put 'er up after turning 44K on the clock. I did just that!
Good Luck to the Boston Wing, and happy hunting! :D

I managed to get out today for a short spin around town before it started clouding up.

Note to self: buy rain gear during the winter. ;)

Though it now looks like it's just clouds.

I got about 40 on today, low 60's here in central Ohio, and many others were taking advantage of this last hurrah.

I was out for about 2 hours today... it was 32. I had a blast. I would have stayed out all day but I had to work on my car and help dad get wood in. 18 cords done... another 7 to go.

Hope you're using power tools for all the wood cutting and spliting.

I flew the Max, today. If there's anything I've learned after riding a 750 Max for seven months ... it's:

If you are going to ride a tuned-up XJ-750 close to the edge ... spend the extra dime-a-gallon and run it on "The Good Stuff". With high-test gas and a nice tight clutch ... you can go out and play "Formula-1 Qualifying" and have quite a nice time of it ... especially if the traffic is moving like they're all trying to qualify; too!
