    Hi,
I started off with this bike as a bobber and it only had one set of footpegs.
The wife wanted to ride on the back. So i added some rear pegs.
I always wanted forward controls, but haven't got around to sorting them out yet.
A few months ago i bought some front pegs from a 750 seca (they'be been in a box since last week) and they are now 'up front' on the bike as highway pegs. I used 2 sets of engine brackets. They work great (for now) but i still want some forwards.

good idea. I'm making some plates to bolt to that same location for another set of pegs.

That's how I made the brackets for my forward controls. I cut some triangle-shaped plates out of 1/4" flat steel and drilled holes in them to mount to the front engine bolts. It's about the best way I found to mount the controls that is good and solid.
I'm going to move my brackets to the location between the pipes to give it a cleaner look. I cut mine 3-1/2" long to get the pegs out where I found the best location for my feet, then went from there with the controls rods and levers.
