So its been a really long time since I have been around these parts but the wife and kids are gone for 12 days so its time to start crackin' on the bike again. I have a 650 seca with an oil leak. My Dad and I were working on finding the leak the other day and the oil seemed to pool right around the head gasket. It is the only place we could find the oil. My dad is a little baffled because the bike runs fine. He is thinking there would be compression issues if the gasket was leaking. Is that true or could I have a leaky head gasket with out compression issues? I will admit that I have not checked compression since the last time we changed the gasket about 5 years ago.
