OMG i need help fast

    i was attempting to do my fork seals on my 82 xj750 seca and am now completely lost cause theres all sorts of things i didn't know were on the bike. where the calipers come off the shock theres another piece that goes down off of the caliper and into the tube of the shock its held on with 4 Allen bolts i took it off and a ton of oil or atf fluid came out was that all my fork oil? also how do i get it back in when im done with the seals. and i just noticed it has gas shocks am i suppose to put air in or nitro i don't have a book on the bike i thought i cpuld do it cause i have done fork seals b4. if anyone has a Manuel that they could link me it would be great i have one coming for the bike but it wont be here for another week and the bike is my daily driver.

    Please help i really messed up big this time

    Ty for the help but the forks arnt the same i think these forks i have have some sort of pressure increaser so that the front end wont push down as far when brakeing i am not positive on that but its the best i can figure

    You have unwittingly let out your fork oil by removing the anti-dive unit from your fork stanchion. You will need to refit the unit and refill your fork before you ride it. New o-rings are a good idea. 309cc of 20 weight SAE fork oil are specified for your forks. 5.7 to 17psi is specified for your fork air pressure with a maximum of 36psi. I would not recommend reusing the old oil but if you have no alternatives...
    An alternative to the SAE20 weight if you don't happen to have any handy would be 10W/30 motor oil. I would change it out at first opportunity.
