Petcock Rebuild

    I have some fuel delivery issues, on PRI the idle is fine, in the 'On' poistion it starves and the engine dies.
    My question: is there a diagram / pictures that show the sequence of the parts within the petcock ... where can I go to find that?
    I want to make sure that I put that piece together correctly.

    There will be shortly. I am in the final "production" stages of a full photo how-to on petcock rebuilding.

    In the meantime, the diaphragm block goes with the little angled groove facing the valve body, and aimed down and toward the rear (when the unit is mounted on the bike.)

    Polishing/refacing the valve seat and mating surfaces is important too.
