All I know is it's an xj 550, on bikepics.com. Carb set up looks cool.

I dunno... You do that much plumbing, you probably want to route that somewhere else... I mean, how do you sit on it with that stovepipe there?

How do you sit on it period?

Look at the location of the seat and the bars, in relation to the pegs; it can't be very "ergonomic."

Based on the lack of controls, I'd say it's a WIP. On its way to becoming a "trailer queen" since I see yet another hacked frame missing most of its backbone.

    It doesn't run yet.

Bike looks cool, but I agree. ergonomics look to have been thrown out the window.

I suppose that is a fake oil tank hiding the battery?

He's got other pics of it on the bikepics site . This looks like it was a WIP pic as he has other pics of it with the full controls on the bars. The pics of the guys riding it really looks like they got the whole monkey/football thing done up pretty solid though...lol

    Looks like "Form" trumped "Function".

That phallus-looking breather-filter has to go.
As they say at Orlando International Airport, ... "Have a Disney Day!"
It looks like the chimney pipe stolen from some moonshiners still.

Long before equipping the Bike with a Hand-operated Shifter, which appears to have been ordered from John Deere; I might have opted for Forward Controls.

The whole Tail Section needs to go-back to the drawing board, clean sheet of paper and freshly sharpened pencils.
    Force is a Vector.
That arrangement looks too dangerous to drive over a speed bump.

    That ain't wha-chew-call a Long-distance saddle.

The Orange paint-job will make spotting the wreckage a whole lot easier, though.

I don't see any form or function... unless he figured out the airbox vs. pods issue :)
