Picked up a 1982 Seca 750 with 30k miles on it Friday (well, 30,200 now) :D

Bike is 100% Stock and runs like a top. Needs some minor cosmetic work and could stand to have the mufflers replaced, but it's mechanically great.

Also have a 79 XS750SF and a 95 Honda Hawk (NT650). Bought the Seca, because I was tired of spending all my time wrenching on the other two bikes. The XS runs, but only starts with a kick (have yet to figure out where the gremlin is in the electric ignition system) and the Hawk has a rusty tank and needs a few other things to get it up and going.

Thus far, I'm loving the Seca. Only major plans are to replace the exhaust for a little beefier sound and get rid of the square headlights / instrument cluster.

I'm in the Dallas, TX area (and actually posted to that section of the board first).

Welcome to you, looking forward to hearing about your exhaust swap (might be interested in the leftovers).
