    Here is everything set out i broke the rack and soacked each carb in 2 gallons of carb cleaner for 3 days each then cleaned em up with a toothbrush a needle and a fine steel wool.

    I started by installing the throttle shaft seals.

    Here it is put together..

    Before i start putting the rack back together i need to install the new Viton fuel tube O-rings.

    Get the carbs on the rack then install this adjustment rod and spring.

    And then the adjustment screw.

    I then installed the remaining carb's and put in new pilot screw o-rings and spring seats and all the jets and choke parts.

    The bike runs completely different now before it was leaking bad from the throttle shaft seals now it produces enough torque to get sideways from a stop from a 2k rpm clutch drop hehe.

    Still need a good color tune then valve adjustment and finally a carb sync and im in bussiness!!
