    hello all.

    question on my speed drive cable on 82 xj750. pulled the bike apart, and put back the cable the way the PO had it, but darn it sure seems tight. it barely makes it from the drive to the gauges. almost seems to short. and I cant figure out a better way to route it.

    I don't know if its original or not. it works but is uncomfortably tight

    Can't help with routing diagram but have a vague recollection that there is one at the front of the owners manual. Anyhow somebody will have one to send to you. You might want to email Chacal aka xj4ever and he will advise the correct length cable for your bike.
