Problem mixing rubber & braided lines at the same time?

    I want to upgrade my brake lines to the braided steel but, I am still debating on a bar change. Can I run braided on the lower half and old rubber on the top while I figure out what I am going to do for bars?

    Yes, you won't have that nice, solid feel but there no reason you can't.
