Question about Maxim/ Maxim X Wire Harness

    A quick question will a wire harness from a 85 700 maxim work with a 85 700 Maxim-X?

    I know that some custom work might have to be done. I would like know if the bike will run.

    Any input would be helpful

    Could you elaborate on what problems you are having with the stock harness? Perhaps some pictures of any damage? I am capable of factory repair if you need a "hack" job repaired.
