Ramadhan....Slow release carbs?

    So I read somewhere that during Ramadhan we should eat slow release carbohydrates at sehri/suhoor time but I don't know what they are lol.

    Name some plz? If you know...

    Yes, it's very important to eat slow carbs on Ramadan. Mikuni 35's work well, but be sure that they're Kosher-jetted.

    Maha22, reading over all 6 of your posts has me thinking that there is possibly something very loose and rattly in your top end...and probably not much spark there either.
