    Nope - near as I can tell no one has ever made them.
    Simplest thing to do is buy a new set of signals.

    Not so, I have a set of stock turn signals from a Seca that have red lenses, here is a pic:

    The signals from the Seca and Maxim are interchangeable and you can usually find these for sale on ebay. I would be more than happy to sell the one's I have since I opted to use the orange turn signals for my project. Let me know.
