Recommend Mechanic In Central VA?

    Can anyone recommend a "mechanic" in VA? Preferrably somewhere between Fredericksburg and N. Richmond? I have an 82 xj650. Picked it up for free from a friend. Was running, but then he let it sit for some years. I cleaned the carbs and replaced the fusebox, but still I get no vroom vroom.
