    This is what my bike looked like when I bought it two years ago

    Over the past two years, I've replaced the entire exhaust system back to stock, done valve clearances, carbs, fork seals, re-upolstered the seat/passenger seat, fixed the blinkers, purchased a backrest, purchased a windshield and repainted the tank. I had never fixed anything mechanical prior to the purchase. I owe many thanks to the members of this forum.

    I took these today after changing my oil. I puchased the backrest/pad from a forum member who didn't like the size... I kinda like it though... thanks for the fair deal, Bob.

    Here is the new tank... didn't come out exactly as planned but at least there are no more dents or chipped paint.

    looks good, I'm a fan of that windshield its not too big but looks like it does the job.
