so, I'd like to switch from having 3 brake lines to 2... i need to order new brake lines anyways, so i'd like to try this.

i think all i would need is

2- need to re-measure, but i think 42" brake lines (Goodridge for example)

4 - 10mm banjo fittings (correct angle of course)

    1 - dual line 10x1.25mm banjo bolt

    a few extra crush washers.

Does that sound about right, for people that have done this previously?

yeh, that sounds about right, i assume you mean to run two brake lines direct from the master cylinder to each calliper?
some bikes run one line from the master cylinder, to one calliper then a second one from that , up and over the front fender to the other side.
daft aint it , its a lot cheaper doing it with just 2 lines

    You got it.
I was thinking over the fender from one caliper to another but I feel like the pressure wouldn't be even... But it probably would, but im not a mathamascientist...

But yeah, just 2 direct lines from the master cylinder, one for each caliper
