Bike is usually in pieces over the winter, but this winter was different. Was able to keep the beast in one piece so topped off the gas tank for it's rest.

As usual our winter was full of cold wet days and then warm days, and you guessed it, even garaged its condensation extraordinaire. So the question, anything special when I decide to crank it up?

I can envision condensation in the float bowls, so will try to drain bowls. Do not plan on redoing carb vacuum sync and color tune ...... but comments are welcome.

When you're ready to start it:

    1. Put the petcock on prime to fill the float bowls back up.

    2. Turn the key to on.

    3. Engage the choke.

    4. Press the starter button.

That process works every time if you prepped the bike for storage.

    1. Fill the tank (using a fuel stabilizer is a good idea).

    2. Drain the float bowls.

    3. Fog the cylinders with a fogging oil, or dump a teaspoon of oil down each sparkplug hole.

    4. Plug the intake and the exhaust to keep wee critters out (don't forget to remove the plugs before attempting to start).

I run some seafoam in the gas, fill the tank and park them. Never had any condensation issue. I make sure the battery is charged up good, and don't have any issues starting up.
