Rewire 1982 Yamaha Seca 550

    I just purchased a 1982 seca 550 and The guy I purchased it from butchered the wiring. He has bypassed all but one of the fuses. I'm contemplating rewiring the entire bike. Anyone have any suggestions on manuals that I should purchase. Keep in mind I have no clue what I’m doing so I need the Dummies guide to completing this task.

    I would troll eBay for a complete harness and swap it out. The stock harness is pretty simple as long as everything that plugs into it is reasonably intact...

    Thanks for the diagram.. After doing some research I found out that the fuse box is a know problem with this model. One post suggested inline fuses. I'm going to try this until I can get everything together to rewire.
