    Hello Folks,

With the spring season here, I thought I'd post this again...

After well over 2 years - I've finally decided that it's time for me to clear out some "old" in my life. I have (2) XJ's that I would like to move along to new homes. Both of these bikes will need a little TLC and love that only an XJ enthusiast knows how to give. Titles for both bikes are available (once I find them in my filing cabinet or a box of old documents/records)

The bikes are my '82 XJ650 Maxim - that I've simply not been motivated to get the carbs/bike back into working order. They are off the bike and in my workshop... but *life* has taken precedence over getting it back on the road. The bike has literally sat - where we left it at the last carb-clinic that was at my home 2+ years ago. (the seat will need new foam & cover). It'll need the carb rack put back on, a carb sync, and a new battery at minimum.... This bike is the one that I put on the dual-tone FIAMM horns, DYNA Coils, braided SS brake lines, Mike Oberle's Spin-On oil filter adapter, low-profile Yamaha luggage rack, and more.

If any of you are interested - let me know. I'd like to get at least $600 for the XJ650 Maxim (That's what I paid for it back in '04 when I bought it). I can email a list of what all add-ons/replacements I have done to the bike if needed. I also have a new airbox/carb boots - that I acquired from eBay - but it also has not been installed.

Also available is the "project" '82 XJ750 Seca that I bought from a gentleman in San Antonio several years back. It ran (roughly) in his driveway the day I picked it up - however, again - it's been an unmotivated project for me. I paid $250 for it - as a project.. so would like to get that for the bike. Known things that will have to be fixed on this one: Front brakes, lighting wires had been jury-rigged by previous owner and will need to be re-run - correctly this time. (they had grounded a hot wire)

For both bikes - I'll include all the spare parts, etc that I've acquired over the years for them. If you have any questions - please feel free to email or call me. (Email for my cell /home phone numbers)

    Bump message.

I had a little interest in early spring - however the potential buyer was not able to make it down to Texas over the summer as he had planned.

Both bikes have been moved to the driveway - and are no longer in the yard - and are both still available and for sale.

    '82 650 Maxim - Needs carb rack re-installed & synced - probably a new battery as well... $600 and it's yours

'82 750 Seca - This is a project bike that I've been unmotivated to restore. $250 and it's yours.

    Thanks,
