    Hi all,
I'm sure we all know how careful we have to be when out riding but just a reminder. Driving home from the shops yesterday I got to a t-intersection joining the main road into town to the main street (a small outback town). A rider had been traveling straight through the t-intersection on his way out of town when a car traveling into town turned into the intersection right in front of him.

She (car driver) must not have seen him because she appears to have turned straight into him and hit him almost head on. This was all in a 60 kph / 35 mph zone. He did not have a pulse and cpr was performed, the ambulance turned up and worked on him for a while but it was no good. He died on the road RIP.

All this in the slowest most routine part of town. Just goes to show that no matter how safe it seems cars can always do something rediculous.

    Ride safe all.
