    I need the cover over the battery and hardware if available. I'm going to paint both panels to match my color scheme anyhow, so condition really doesn't matter (unless it is completely rusted through!).

    Shouldn't rust through.... It's plastic surrounded by aluminum. Also, it's an expensive cover -- be prepared to drop a couple bills or more for pair.
