    I know, I know.....
    Cold natured.
Anyway, When the bike is started cold, choke on, it fires right up.
But under a load, or just taking off, it misses badly.
After a couple of miles it seems to run fairly well.Maybe alittle miss under a load but at cruising speed it sounds great.
I've ran a bottle of sea foam through it.
Intake boots are cracked some, I can see some tiny bubbles if I wet them.
Does it sound like boot problems or carb problems,, maybe both..
I hate to pull carbs apart if it's only the boots causing the problem..

Got your work cut out for you. If you do go through the motions and pull the carbs to replace the manifolds, you ought to pull the carbs apart and clean them. Doesn't take too much time. Bear in mind you don't need to pull them apart from one another, just the tops and the bottoms is all you really need.
