selling all my 81 and 82 650 stuff

My 81 has a tire with only 2 feet of use on it.I never rode the bike since putting it on.Cost me $147 for tire and installation.The 81 was going to be my daily rider.It starts with just a hint of touch on the starter button.if I finished redoing the front brake piston correctly it could be ridden home.I got the wrong oil seal in it,I bought the new one from chacal.My problem: I have now about $2100 in the rider and the parts bike.My title to the 81 unfortunately i thought was clear.But about 5 people bought it from each other and never any of them got it in their name.So now its bonded or nothing.I have 1200 in it alone.Same thing with the 82.A oklahoma title signed by the owner.He never got it notarized.he is sickly, cant get out, so the title is just sitting there.I signed the title, not knowing about the notary.If you know a notary that would sign it, i would sign it over to you.Or its also now going to need a bonded title.On the 82 parts bike: The head is off, i vbought a good one off ebay.Plus 2 cams.I have an unopened complete engine rebuild gasket kit from chacal.No carbs though.I have 2 complete bikes minus the 82 carbs.seats,gastanks,one luggage rack and sissybar, and i would prefer selling the 81 as a whole.the 82 cost me so far about 950 bucks counting the original price of $400. I live in denton texas.make me an offer.NO,I will not side the sidecovers off the 81.I want to sell it whole.next question will be"Whats your bottom dollar on the 81"?.
